- Your website is your storefront and you need to create high quality online experiences in line with brand perception. For example, use a photo of yourself on the About Us page to make your website experience more personal.
- Use useful content aimed at your customers to engage with them and provide them with some value. Think about what you would like to see on a website you visit to keep them on your website longer and more likely to buy something.
- Use SEO best practices to make sure people can find your website. People usually find what they’re looking for on the first page of search results and that’s where you want your website to appear.
